Meat Loaf for 2 pans

1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1/4 dry mustard
1 1/4 cups of milk
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 egg

mix together well with hands
split between two pans
layer the top with ketchup
bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hr
